Charcoal packaging line

Charcoal packaging line allows automating coal sorting and packaging process, reducing the labor burden, advancing production unit efficiency and production velocity.

Charcoal packing line dosimeter allows the coal packed in packages of 1 kg of -5 kg. The line can be equipped with aspiration system, which provides charcoal dust exhaustion, while maintaining the clean room and increasing workplace safety.

Brief description of the packing line

Firstly charcoal placed in the bunker, followed by the closure of coal-type conveyor through vibrations into the bunker, where dosimeter charcoal sorts in fractions. Vibration bunker upper part is located in the sieve with holes from 80 to 120 mm, where the large piece of charcoal takes separation. In the middle of the line there is placed another sieve with holes from 50-20 mm, where the smaller charcoal fraction takes separation. The good fraction goes by the closed-type conveyor into dosimeter. Depending on the installed programs, dosimeter bulk charcoal in bags of 1-5 kg. The operator removes the filled bag, sews and places the bag on an open-type conveyor. From the carrier bag is placed on a vibrating screen located on the palette. Bags are carefully stacked on pallets, so they are safe for transportation. Later palette is positioned on the rotary table, where they are encircling the film. Finally, the pallet is moved to the finished product warehouse.
